Success Stories
A claimant in her 70's was left immobile and in pain after a hospital failed to interpret her x-ray correctly. She was advised that her injury was a sprain, however it was later found she had in fact fractured a bone in her foot. The claimant needed surgery to stabilise the fracture. We successfully claimed £2,775 for her pain and suffering.
