Mr Lawson was walking back to his room when he slipped and fell to the ground knocking him unconscious. He was subsequently taken to hospital where he needed stitches for a severe cut to the back of his head. He also suffered concussion. Mr Lawson did not return back to his hotel until the following day and was unable to fully enjoy the rest of his holiday. Fault was found with the hotel as the cleaner had not displayed a wet floor sign. Upon returning home Mr Lawson contacted Claimability and our solicitors were able to get him the compensation he deserved.
